Because of this, slight variations in appearance are completely natural.
What never changes is the quality, the care, and the flavour.
Storage & handling
- Supplied frozen
- Store at -18°C
- Keep refrigerated once defrosted
- Consume within 3 days after defrosting
- Do not refreeze once thawed
Heating instructions
- Oven: 180°C for 30–35 minutes
- Microwave: heat in intervals until piping hot throughout
- Let rest for a few minutes before serving
Pickup
Pickup is available by appointment only from our Thomastown kitchen.
Orders are prepared in advance to ensure freshness and quality.
Once your order is ready, you’ll receive an email to schedule your pickup time.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM are usually ready the next business day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be prepared the following business day.
Because some dishes are built layer by layer — just like good memories.
