Refund policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all food items are final sale.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or unsafe to consume, please contact us within 24 hours of collection or delivery at info@intavola.com.au, including your order number and photos if applicable.

We will assess the issue and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Perishable Goods
Due to the nature of our products, all frozen meals are considered perishable and are not eligible for returns or refunds once collected or delivered, except in the case of a proven quality or safety issue.
